Overview

Comfortcozyshop provides custom-designed outdoor lighting and irrigation systems for private properties. Due to the specialized nature of our installations, standard return policies apply to components and materials, while installed systems are covered under warranty and service agreements.

Component Returns

Unused components and materials may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our office. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Installed Systems

Custom-installed lighting and irrigation systems cannot be returned once installation is complete. All installed systems are covered by our warranty program, which includes:

  • One-year warranty on workmanship and installation
  • Manufacturer warranties on all components
  • Service response for warranty-covered issues
  • Technical support for system operation

Warranty Coverage

All installed systems include comprehensive warranty coverage. Defective components will be replaced at no charge during the warranty period. Installation issues will be corrected by our service team. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

Refund Policy

Refunds for unused components will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For projects in progress, cancellation policies are outlined in individual service agreements.

Service Agreements

Ongoing service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Prepaid service periods are non-refundable, but services will continue through the paid period.
